Tim Daniels Plumbing & Heating

I had Tim Daniels Plumbing convert my home from oil to natural gas. Tim and his team did a great job… they were quick and efficient. Tim went out of his way to make sure that everything was done properly. I would 100% use Tim Daniels Plumbing & Heating for any future needs.

I have used them several times for different issues since my husband and I moved into our house. I know they are not the cheapest out there, but I really like the work they do. They always show up on time, perform quality work and their plumbers/​technicians are always professional.
When we had an issue with our boiler I tried to save money by calling another company. They weren’t able to fix the problem and still charged a good chunk of change. When I called in Tim Daniels they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within hours (which was awesome, because we were looking at freezing temperatures that week).

This is an update from my first review that was posted about 3 months ago.
My brother informed me that he received a fax from Tim Daniels Plumbing yesterday regarding my review, here’s what it said…
«Steve, After all the work we did for you and your family, was this really necessary? Your brother needs to remove this now or we will be consulting our attorney for defamation of character.»
RH Note: Tim scrawled his attorney’s name and number the fax cover sheet and the second sheet that contained my negative Unilocal review in an apparent attempt to intimidate us.
This is so typical of this outfit. Rather than try to resolve problems with customers, they threaten legal action. (See the other customer review who went to court only to find other TDP customers there.) There seems to be a definite pattern here. Maybe they have found litigation to be as lucrative as plumbing.
You cannot claim defamation of character when someone is stating what actually happened. My review is accurate and if Mr. Daniels is upset by my positing it to warn other customers, he has only himself to blame.
