Had purchased a Groupon coupon for 1 month of knitting lessons for $ 20.00. First «lesson «was actually done by another customer (Suzie actually waived the other customer’s drop in fee) since the customer was teaching me. The second «lesson «I was totally ignored by Suzie, where she goes around the table, of up to 10 customers, helping everyone, mostly very experienced knitters, who enjoy the socialization. I sat there for approxiametly 15 minutes, unable to proceed as I needed «lesson «and an employee waiting on customers making purchases attempted to help me for 5 minutes. That is NOT my idea of a month worth of «lessons «. I am also notifying Groupon of this sham.

I found this phenomenal yarn shop when I was in MA for business and I couldn’t wait to come back.
Suzi is so nice, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and just downright welcoming when you visit. She has provided me with projects for my flights and I have quite a few ladies in CA hooked and wanting to visit her and her amazing shop. One of my friends even ordered from her even though she could have gotten the same yarn locally.
I can’t wait to drop in again when I’m back for my next business trip!

I’ve been here twice and cannot say enough good things about this yarn shop. The owner is incredible and quite knowledgeable of her product AND knitting techniques. Well organized, great selection. I’ll be back many times. :)

by far the BEST shop anywhere… Suzi is amazing, she’s very knowledgable and patient (which all knitters need… right?) the yarn in her shop is INCREDIBLE, the atmosphere is welcoming… you MUST go …
