They didn’t have any beef when i came. How can you not have beef when 95% of the menu is beef. Thru didn’t even have frozen drinks. The machine was broken. This place hasn’t even been open a year and it’s broken? And the men’s bathroom had poop on the seat. There’s a sign in there that says they check the bathroom every 30mins to keep it clean. Yeah right.

I’m literally at the drive thru window waiting for my order! And let me tell you, the drive thru worker is amazing(Maria)! From calmly yet effectively taking our order at the menu to talking to us about what sauces we want at the window. Very energetic and customer oriented(even at 12:30 am). I really appreciate a great personality at the window(rare) ! Keep up the great work Maria! Hopefully you can be a trainer and(or) manager if you aren’t already one!!! Just amazing. Patience & effectiveness. Ps this Taco Bell has a 24 hour drive thru!(Also rare) a gem in my book!

For a business that just opened to the public, I was taken aback by how poorly run and managed this Taco Bell is, this was my first ever visit there and definitely my Lasts. This is why: — First thing I noticed was the tables dirty with food on the floor and chairs, of course is up to the customer to take their tray to the trash can and empty it. But is up to the staff to clean the tables and floor. — I seen customers going to get napkins to clean the chairs they wanted to sit on. — The food was cold and tasteless, I ordered the Mexican Pizza combo, the pizza was cold and the cheese on it was not even melted, it is almost like they dumped it on the container. My friends hard shell tacos where also cold and not to his liking. — The«Dude» at the register had Zero customer service skills and did not even give me a cup for my drink, I had to ask him two times for it. No Thank you or anything after ringing me up, just very bland. — Once I got my cup the fountain drink I wanted was empty and the others had no gas and tasted flat and bland. So there you have it, I was very shocked, this place has only been open for a few weeks, and that is they way they are starting business? Not Good, since they have Jack in the Box right across the street and people have choices. Wise up Taco Bell.
