Bahahaha I actually wanted to check this place out. Good thing I checked the reviews before going.

Worst mattress and customer service I have ever experienced!!! Our mattress had a hump in it after 2 and a half MONTHS of use and because the sloping on the sides of the hump are an 1⁄8 of an inch less than the required ONEAND A HALF inches, it is considered normal!!! How is 2 slopes which are more than an inch and a quarter deep, normal? I will never buy a Sealy again and will make sure to share with all my friends and family as well!!!

I Bought a new mattress in March; 6 months later it began to sag where I sleep. I called the service department and they sent a rep over to asses the bed. The technician decided the sag was not big enough to need replacement under their 10 yr warranty. So I switched sleeping locations on the bed. A month later, a new groove appeared. I switched spots again and a third sag appeared a week later. I called the service department again and they gave me the run around. They said they won’t come 60 – 90 days after their initial assessment. I think at this point I am going to drive up to sealy, leave their garbage mattress in their showroom and tell them to stick it straight up their candy asses.

The previous review is spot on! We paid $ 1500 for our mattress. It’s 3 years old and suppose to be covered by warranty. It sags 1 ½ inches in the middle, but now they won’t cover their bed because there is a very minor stain on the far left side(nowhere near the center) great way to not stand by your product guys!

paid $ 800 for our mattress, a lot of money by our standards, in August 2013, so whats that, seven months ago, guess what, this thing is already turning into a saggy unsupportive bad mattress. with all the covers off you can see the sag. when my wife and I are laying on the bed we are sucked towards the middle. Sorry Sealy but this bed is garbage, you turkeys are charging a lot of money some real BS Folks, if your looking at Sealy, don’t bother. their beds start sagging after a couple of months. youll be looking for a replacement. Edit: Just for the record this was my husband writing, lol. But he’s pretty much right.
