Worst possible place ever!!! These people do not honor their prices. They have a price on an item I was interested in, the worker gave me a receipt with the price in the item and I took it up to the register to pay when the girl on the cash register told me it was incorrect. I informed her that the price on the receipt was correct so she walked to the item and the price had changed. They had raised $ 100 to the original price. The worker claimed we all saw the wrong price that it had always said that price. It turned out that at the end of it all the worker admitted he had changed the price while we were gone because he realized he had placed the wrong price. They did not want to honor the price on the receipt and claimed we the customer were liers. That is extremely wrong. These people do not have principles. Sad to see a store with potential have people like this working there.

Went in for the first time today, can customer service get any worse? The guys here(one which I believe was the owner) were extremely arrogant and rude and most of all unprofessional. Everything they had in the store was outdated and old so I asked if perhaps there was a catalog I can order from. The guys says«well that’s really expensive». When I insisted that that was not a problem they were in no rush to find that catalog. Once I got the one and only catalog they have one if the guys says«you know you have to leave a deposit to order from the catalog right?». It’s sad people in this area don’t think a 20 year old female is capable of affording furniture. Embarrassing!

GREATDEALS, GREATSERVICE, GREATINVENTORY Visited for the first time yesterday. I not only got exactly what I was looking for, but the price and staff went beyond my expectations. Saw a Grill Gazebo at Sam’s Club for $ 670, but it was a seasonal item and they were no longer available by the time I decided to buy. Santa Fe Seconds had the EXACT item advertised for $ 500. The salesperson advised he had one in a box, but hadn’t been able to confirm whether all the parts were included, so he offered me the floor model and knocked off $ 50. He broke it down into three manageable pieces, loaded it in my truck, secured it with a tie down and rope from his store and sent me on my way a very happy customer. It would’ve been much easier for him to sell me the boxed item; he inconvenienced himself for the sake of customer service. You just don’t find that kind of integrity these days. I will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.
