I love eating here. I don’t understand why they closed the restaurant. They should of left a note saying if they moved to a new placed or if it’s closed only for construction reasons. I’m guessing the city closed the business because they had weeks that the restroom wasn’t working it was always out of service Hopefully they open again.

I’ve been her a couple of times, and although there quality could be better I always crave there noodles becouse don’t get me wrong there awesome!!! Lol. I’m glad I found this little place. They have always been exceptionally nice to me and seem to be glad to work there which is a nice breath of fresh air. Anyhow I love this place and go often I am sad that it is closed right now since I’ve been craving it for like 2weeks now. I hope they open back soon (I’m not sure if it’s only closed due to construction I tried calling the number listed on Unilocal but no one answered)

I’ve been coming to this place for years. Its by far one of my favorite restaurants. The chicken noodle plate here is amazing. The staff is super friendly. I really hope they’re just remodeling and not permanently closed.

It’s a little hard to find, but i’m glad that i forced my boyfriend to fight through traffic to let me try this place out. Great tasting chow mein, not like the salty crap you get from Panda Express. The almond chicken was delicious, best part of the meal. I do wish that the beef and broccoli was a bit better. I would definitely come back again!

Straight to the point:
Pros: freshly cooked food, sizable menu, quality entrées, good portions, quick, filling, many combo options, awesome take out and delicious.
Cons: small restaurant, a tad pricier than most fast Chinese food and closed one day of the week.
Conclusion: if you’re in the area and want LEGIT food made quickly but also with quality, then come here!

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, this is the only Chinese food I will ever eat, it’s non-​greasy, their food is to die for, I always get it to go, it’s a really small place, but when it’s kind of lonely I do eat there. I’ve tried everything in their menu through out the years, and everything delicious. They cook it once you order it, they don’t have it out in a metal pan all day, like other Chinese fast food restaurants, the food is real hot, once they bring it to your table, and it stays got even if you get it to go.

This is premium Asian style combo meals with a slight American fusion.
It’s also a special place for me cause I grew up across the street. It’s literally my fav place to eat in the entire world.
Everything’s cooked to order. I love being able to watch the (Asian) cooks killin’ it on the woks… Small inside… not much room with the booths. Not to mention that it’s normally packed with everyone in the neighborhood eating and hanging out.
This is a real neighborhood joint.
Prices are fair considering the portions. Worth every penny I’m telling ya!
To me — this is coming home. Back to the old hood to visit family and grab my fav grub.
If you’re ever in the area, stop by and treat yourself.

Have been going to Meat Bowl religiously for about 10 years now. I have been getting the Double D plate forever. Delicious food, great customer service, definitely worth every penny.
All of my friends and family that I have introduced to Meat Bowl have always left more than satisfied and pleased with their meal.
Don’t let me tell you how delicious this place is and instead try it out for yourself!

Hole in the wall kind of place with limited seating. Good food and great service. Prices are fair and the portions are generous. It’s not your typical chinese fast food. All items are cooked to order so it’s best to call in your order.
Although all items on the menu are good. I’d go with the kung pao chicken or the chicken noodle plate. Never tried the soups but got to try one day they look delish.
Plenty of parking inside strip mall on NE corner of Long Beach and Palm. **BRING CASH**
