If I could give him less than star I would! I just purchased a used car that came with the original stereo. Something in the oil tank was failing so I took it for service when I picked up my car the stereo had been replaced for AN OLD OLD OLD one and it didn’t even turn on!!! This man is a thief!!! HE STOLE MY CAR STEREO!

Brought in an older car and expected to get reamed, as expected with most auto mechanics. Manuel was receptive, helpful, and clear in his assessment. The price was reasonable, the diagnostic was waived, and I am a satisfied and future-​repeat customer.

Unfortunately Robert and his dad have sold the business. It’s under new management. I gave them a try to diagnose a intermittent warning light on the dash. They didn’t find anything. Told me everything was OK. Charged me $ 20. 2 days later my car wouldn’t start. To be fair, intermittent problems are the hardest to figure out. After that I had no confidence in Jaggars’ new bosses. I made the hard decision to take my business to another shop.

I have been meaning to write a review about this shop. Robert and his team of mechanics are all really great. They have great customer service and answered all my questions whenever I had them. He took care of my car efficiently and did a great job. It’s hard to find honest and really great mechanics that puts their customers first.
Ill continue to keep him as my mechanic and have full trust in this repair shop. Roberts the bomb!!!
