Since when are you not allowed to bring in a water bottle to a store??? The staff was rude. It’s a «safety hazard,» I’m an adult I think I know how to not spill my drinks. Never coming back.
Might find some fun stuff here though.

I’m sure anyone can appreciate a good deal, well DD’s has plenty of them.
I’m a huge fan of DD’s itself, just not a huge fan of this store. It has a lot of good stuff, just not as organized as the one in Pico Rivera.
Took my mother to make an exchange, apparently they have a separate line for exchanges… wish the sign was a little more visible. Turns out we were making line in the wrong isle, therefore waited quite a bit for help. Then as the cashier finishes with our transaction so goes to tell us «Don’t forget to grab your receipt»… whatever happened to just putting the receipt in the bag or handing it to me? Is this something new? Anyhow, happy discounting!

I had only been to the DD’s in Pico Rivera, so my mom wanted to come to the south gate location to check it out. We came for car mats because they’re incredibly cheap here :) we found really cute ones. As I walked in I noticed there was a lot of stuff at this store. Not much missing, which was a good thing. Variety of everything from purses, to shoes, to home stuff, clothes, etc. we were even greeted by the security as we walked out. Nice location, just a few ghetto people. I mean, it IS in a cheap plaza aimed at welfare moms lol (there’s a Payless and wic stuff)

Packed parking lot, slow lines, dirty, messy clothes all over floors people let kids run around like it’s a zoo opening packages. I rarely come to this one even though I am two blocks away people snatch all the good stuff i guess lol hard to find anything sometimes so I come for basics car stuff etc

Hide yo kids, hide yo wife, cuz they discountin everything up in hurr. I got up in the middle of the night to get a cold pop when i thougth somebody was barbeequing but oh no it was DD’s givin discounts. You need a yoga mat? baam! 3.99 you need a steeringwheel cover??? Baam! 2.99 need i say more? the only thing that sucks here is the long long long line to check out.
Oh yeah and they accept EBT, for all ya’ll people on welfare
