Sandwiches are always good, but the service at times can be very poor. It’s hit or miss on the service. I recommend the Italian Nightclub (#9)

if i could give negative stars i would! last week I called the south elgin store for a delivery gave my charge card # was told it would be 10– 15 minutes. an hour later when my sub hadnt arrived i called to check on the order was told it was on its way…
2 hours after the order still no sub I CALLED AGAIN was told i had never placed a order anf what the f did i want from them… the next day i check my bank statement
and had been charged from the store for the order ! in addition my bank showed on line charges that can only be explained as theft by one of their employees. I called customer service and was told some one would get back to me, but i have yet to get a call. so no I would not go back again.
