I first met Tony when I was looking for big green egg accessories(a top of the line smoker, Tony is an authorized dealer) for my father. Not only does Tony carry smokers and hot tubs, he has all the accessories you may need/want. His store is full of things I want to buy and if he is missing something he will order it for you right away. When I could afford my own big green egg I bought a large from him. I eventually also bought a hot tub. Tony and his staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry, the proper way to use and care for them, key differences among brands, and they are patient when explaining it to you. They also install the items they sell, offer pool opening, cleaning, and closing services, and sell the chemicals to keep your pool and run clean. With apologies to my wife, I think Tony may be my soul mate. I love his stores(a location in Geneva just opened Oct/Nov 2015).

$ 110 «First time visit charge» then a one hour labor charge of $ 90 to assess the problem. $ 200 spent right off the bat. Next, we had a huge estimate(over a $ 1,000) to POSSIBLY fix our hot tub, with NOGUARANTEES it would work. They would gladly accept our money though to try. I was born in the morning — but not yesterday morning.

Buyer Beware. I bought a marquis«new» hot tub from Tony last year. When it was delivered and filled it was obvious because of the hair and dirt it was used. There we’re issues with the lighting and some of the jets. I was assured this was all under warranty and would be taken care of. It’s over a year later and never saw a service tech — and now he’s no longer a Marquis dealer. Like the other reviewer said, he’s a clown. Don’t trust him. Update: After waiting 15 months for service I had another repair service do the warranty work. So much for service after the sale.

7pm on a Friday night and I bought my tub 6yrs ago!!! Had a leak yesterday, family in town for the weekend and Tony said he’d get me fixed. I can’t believe they made it! Changed two main jets, moved the tub and got me fixed up for the weekend. This is old fashioned type service and«man of his word» business. Thanks Greg, Clint & Matt for last minute service — Tony you have a great crew, and my business for life!

Let’s just say that I have been going to the same Jewel for the past 18 years. Sure a couple employees recognize me but it’s been over a year since I’ve been in here and Tony says«hey Dave, how’s it going?» If I didn’t say it before, I’ll say it now, support local business it could be your neighbor not some dude overseas. He is expanding his Eggsessories and more on the way. I don’t have a pool or spa, not planning on getting one so I can’t speak to that. I am passionate about my egg and they have great ideas on other things that you can do and they have a few different choices of lump charcoal. The previous reviewer must have caught them on a bad day. I think they are just looking to help out and fix you up with what you want. I only wish they were a little closer to home.

Our experience at Hot Tub Tony’s was very pleasant! Tony found us the perfect hot tub for our family! The hot tub was delivered to our house very promptly and their electrician was very knowledgeable. Tony went out of his way to get his crew over to first deliver it ahead of schedule, then set the hot tub the way we wanted it positioned on another day, and then had his crew come by while the electric was being done to run the hot tub and get it ready with chemicals! They were all very knowledgeable and I would have to say they gave us the best customer service we have received in a long time! I would go back to buy another hot tub from Tony when the time comes and I highly recommend anyone to go also! I’m sure they are all great there at the store but ask for Tony! He is just great!

I fully appreciate this business driving to Naperville to repair the motor on my hot tub. However, after getting a diagnosis that one motor was bad and then paying to replace it, it still wasn’t working. The tech looked at me and said«all I can think of is that the other one is bad too». After I threw a fit about feeling like they weren’t honest with me in the first place, the owner Tony offered to install a rebuilt motor in the tub at a 1⁄3 of the price. When I asked why he didn’t offer that the first time he said«I just found this guy that could rebuild motors last week». I also bought a cover from him and within a month the material started to separate near the stitching. When I contacted him about it he told me that wasn’t his deal and referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer is trying to get out of replacing it and says it was because I either drug it against the ground or used a shovel on it. Ludicris. My old cover lasted for almost 10 years. None of these guys stand behind their work. Don’t use these guys.
