This company can’t honor an appointment time to save their lives. They rescheduled with me 3 different times just to come out and give an estimate. What a waste of my time.

If I could I would give them no stars.
My deck contractor brought Apex in to check my flat roofs. Apex made a recommendation that was virtually identical to that of their competitor. Apex pointed out the fact that their roofing membrane was superior to other materials at the same cost. The sales/​estimator (I forget his name) went out to his truck to calculate the price. He quoted us a bit over $ 24,000. When I told him to forget about the job, he asked me what price I had in mind.
We dismissed Apex, as we had already received a quote from a top roofing contractor in Chicago for $ 5,000.
This is clearly a case of a salesman trying to price up to what he perceived to be our ability to pay. Caveat Emptor!!!
Strongly suggest staying away from this outfit.
Oh, by the way… the competitor did a very good job with one crew that completed the job in a day and a half.
