I had called to set up an appointment and was told they were book that week but will call me the following week to set up a time. A week later I received a call on Wednesday afternoon and was told the termite person will be there next day from 2 – 4. I told them that is a little too short notice for me to take a day off. They said they will accommodate and have someone there at 7pm. No show, no apology, no call back. I even waited a week to see if they will return my call on what happened. Nothing, nada.

This is my primary fumigation company. I own a termite control company and we specialize in all kinds of treatments. But when it comes to structural fumes, I do not mess around. I trust this company to do my work and know they will be there years from now to honor their warranty. They are organized and very knowledgable when it comes to fumigations.
