They’ve done the awesome job for update my restroom, especially frame less shower door, the worker measure the dimension very carefully. And after they’ve done the job it looks perfect and good function. The tile we pick from their show room is very high quality porcelain. And the show room has so many selection of different matériel, save a lot of time to finish the remodeling.

They treat you like a king when you are purchasing. The problem afterwards is that they do not tell you the products you ordered are out of stock until you ask them about the progress which is last minute. The quote is high but I was guaranteed the workmanship will be superb. After installation, the bath tub I paid six hundred dollars extra for does not look any different than the two hundreds dollars tub from Home Depot. My porcelain tiles are uneven and the gaps of grout are different at the four sides of the tiles. And some grouts are lower than the tiles and some are raised up above the tiles and some grouts are sticking to the surface of the tile on the sides. These are the two major issues about installation and there are other less significant issues that I have to pay extra for at the last minute which I have no knowledge of beforehand as an end user. I eventually had to cancel the rest of the order and will not let them even try to fix up the mess due to lack of respect and professionalism and below standard workmanship. There are too many excuses when you confront them with issues. It is never their fault.

I am very unhappy with their customer service. My husband and I went to store three times before making the purchase, to make sure they have the kitchen cabinet style(shaker) that we want. Sales associate made an mistake, wrote a wrong name on the order form. When I found out it’s not the cabinet I want, they told me it’s unable to return because my contractor already installed all the cabinets, and the cabinet is used and it’s not returnable. I asked for the discount, they are not willing. Instead, they told me the one I got is more expensive than the one I want, it’s best just to keep this one. It will save both sides trouble. So they don’t need to deal with their supplier about return. And I don’t need to spend more money to ask my contractor un-install and re-install cabinets. 1. Sales associate told us wrong info about the cabinet door. Later on, they denied they ever told us such info. 2. Senior sales associate does not seem to care our needs when we went to store 1st time browsing and asking questions. She was interested in helping us when she knew we were going to make purchase. 3. They made an mistake which is a very big one. Before we made the purchase, I made sure she understood which cabinet style I love(modern style) and which one I really don’t like(traditional/country style). Then it ended up the wrong order is that traditional/country style. So I was dreaming to have a modern kitchen and now it’s traditional look. And the owner and sales associates don’t care my feeling and even told us we actually got a better deal out of this because this traditional one is more expensive. And when we asked for discount, they are not willing to do anything to compensate me.
