I can’t say enough good things about this salon! I initially started seeing Chi for my eyebrows, I had heard from a friend that Chi is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to brows. Before Chi I would get my eyebrows threaded– and was a little hesitant to make the switch to waxing– BUT I am TOTALLY glad I did. Not only is it less painful but Chi shaped my brows to fit my face, she is so meticulous !!! After a while I was telling Chi about my nightmare experiences with getting a Brazilian wax (I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax for about two years now– for the first few months everything was fabulous– but after that I started getting really bad, painful and not cute looking ingrown hairs) Chi then started explaining to me that waxing has a lot to do with technique and she reassured me that if she can get me ingrown free by summer. (this was back in Jan 2016 and its now May” and I can finally say that I’m almost back to soft ingrown free skin.) I Wish I had known about and seen Chi from the begging it would have seriously saved me a lot of hassle and worrying about my bikini line. I live in Leominster and travel about 2 hours to see Chi once a month, it is totally worth it and I am definitely a costumer for life!

I moved here from new york city in October and had been looking for a new esthetician. If you haven’t been in to see Chi yet, you’re missing out! I recently had a great facial. She uses GM Collin product (which I love) and is so meticulous to check every inch of your face. I also had a seriously amazing massage. This is not the close your eyes drift away kind, but I now have better range of motion in my back and shoulders, as well as relief from my headaches. The spa is very clean, sheets and bed soft, and Chi is dedicated to making everyone look and feel their best. I am now a regular, and can’t wait to go back.

She lances, cleans, exfoliates and advises on skin care treatment customized to your unique skin type. She is also the master eyebrow shaper and amazingly arches your brows to best suit your face shape. Chi’s wonderful skincare treatment is well worth the price. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend! As good as it gets!

Chi is so thorough — in fact, thorough is perhaps too weak a word. Her facials clean where you yourself don’t realize cleaning is need. Her eyebrow waxing leaves your eyebrows looking better and with a better shape than you could imagine.

I had a salt scrub massage with Angelina who owns Angel Touch based at EM2 spa. Angelina is an angel and made my body sing. I loved her touch in all regards. It was THE best massage of the year. She makes my personal top 5 fav lifetime massage list. Thanks Angelina. She offers local specials for those who partake in regular massage therapy at her studio.
