I have tried to like this place because I am a big stihl fan and it is close to my house. I went there to get a chain for my chainsaw sharpened and it took 3 days. I got a gift certificate for Christmas but lost the actual certificate. I was able to produce the receipt. They found the stub and matched it to my receipt, I was going to use it that day, they did not honor it. I consider this robbery. All they had to do was mark it used on the receipt. I also tried to purchase a chainsaw chain and it took an excruitiating amount of time to figure out what chain I needed despite my furnishing the model of saw and spare chain I had with me. When my parents bought me a Christmas gift there(which I returned) they witnessed the owner beratting an employee in front of several customers. Like I said, I want to like this place but I think I’ll deal with big box stores or amazon from now on. I never have any problems with them. Used to be you payed the extra money because it was good for the community and because you get better customer service at the mom and pops. Not the case at Dennis equipment. Go here if you want to pay too much and get crappy customer service.
