At Chatham Hood Bikes, you are really entering Jimm Ponte’s world and it is a great experience.
My experience was related to a simple Bike Tuneup, But Jimmy even made this experience very positive. Yes, he did a wonderful job and he even picked them up, but even more important, he made me feel like his most important customer.

This was truly a 5 star experience. The bikes were in excellent condition. Ask for Jimmy. He went out of his way to make our biking experience pleasant and memorable. He coordinated pick up and drop off at our convenience and provide excellent tips for a local ride in Chatham.

The bikes were in great condition and looked more than just the average rental rides. Price was very reasonable given the fact that they dropped off and picked up bikes locally in Chatham for our group with a 30 – 45 mins notice. Great experience over all. I highly recommend this place.
