6÷16÷2015 Placed an online order with conformation # for dinner service/delivery. After a 1.5hr wait called the restaurant to get a status report so if needed could make other arrangements. Employee’s, two different said they could not help and we’re unable to search by conformation # the status and thus transferred my call to a call center. The call center then would claim I had to speak to the restaurant and transfer me back. After several run arounds and being told to drive to the restaurant was able to get the 1 – 800 # to file a complaint. While the employee was simpathetic he could not verify the status of the order and suggested I wait until tomorrow to see if there was a charge on my CC card. Piss poor customer service on the part of the local staff, in my opinion. Will not again try and do business with this store.
