Zachary’s Pizza Pasta Subs & Fun

It’s a nice little pizza joint — but i waited fifty minutes for a take out order of a spicy chicken sub. I got there twenty minutes before the lunch rush. And yet many who arrived after me received their food before I did. Get it together.

I would like to share how disappointed and aggravated I am at Zachary’s. I am staying at the Courtyard and ordered lunch. I was told 30 minutes.
They never called, and after I called 2 times, they finally showed up an hour and fifteen minutes later.
To top it all off, the driver was rude, did not acknowledge me, probably because I did not leave him a tip, but he didn’t deserve it. He was flat out rude!
Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
I would rate zero stars, but I don’t think you can.

This is your prototypical neighborhood pizza and pasta place. The pizza is not as good as Pizza Hut, but better than the cardboard shit that they serve at Domino’s or Papa John’s. I got half a Philly Cheesesteak and another half of the Buffalo chicken and also a calzone to go. Both pizzas were extremely salty, especially the Buffalo chicken. The cheese didn’t even melt into the chicken so all the chicken pieces fell off. They used more strategy in making the Philly Cheesesteak pizza by putting the steak underneath the cheese. That still didn’t stop the cheese from separating from the crust. The calzone was worse than both pizzas. It was stuffed with ricotta cheese and the dough wasn’t even thoroughly cooked! I took one bite into the crust end and it was still doughy. I will try to remember to avoid coming to this pizza place at all costs.
