I went to get an estimate twice. The manager Is extremely rude and arrogant. He wanted to charge me $ 4000 for a rear tailgate. I went to Direct Auto body and got the work done for $ 1400. The tailgate looks perfect. They matched the color perfectly. Stay away from Heritage. They will try to scam you.

Slowly destroyed the main battery in my Toyota Prius while doing body work over a prolonged period of time. Refused to compensate for the cost of replacing the battery. I would advise one to avoid this body shop at all costs.
