Associates In Orthopaedic Surgery

Visited 3 times. Double billed. Failed at diagnosis. Scheduled MRI when should have been EMG. Refused to forward medical records. This place is AWFUL and filled with witches. No level of service. I would highly recommend skipping this place altogether and going to UVM, or anywhere else for that matter. They make you feel bad for being there. Awful, inhumane service. Felt like I was in an inner-​city or 3^rd world country. Fire the entire staff. I’m sure as I write this they’re coming up with some scheme to overcharge me on something again.
Walk in the door, get treated like absolute crap at this low-​grade, dirty, filthy old-​fashioned, out of date, behind the times medical facility. The business model here is to take your money in advance and schedule appointments far in the future, it’s impossible to ever see an actual doctor, impossible to ever get actual treatment, nothing but a waste of time. the employees are mean and rude, especially the ones at the front desk. This is the single worst medical facility I’ve ever seen in my entire life in the United States of America. These doctors, if there are doctors even there, should be ashamed of themselves, this is the worst of the worst, this is the bottom of the barrel. Avoid this place at all costs, go somewhere else, this is one of those highly flawed American «medical» facilities. Unbelievably bad. The employees here have no business working in healthcare on any level, they are extremely unsympathetic and don’t care about you, they’d be better suited for a fast food restaurant. This is the single worst medical business I’ve ever seen in the state of Vermont, an embarrassment. I am appalled at the way I was treated.
Such a tremendous disappointment, such terrible service, such a long wait times, only to be told to go jump in a lake. Wasted so much of my time, only to accomplish nothing. Pathetic.
