Bob Evans

First off I want to start by saying the server was really good she got everything I asked in a timely manner and made good conversation but someone needs to teach them how to make a medium rare burger the first burger I got was well done and the second one I got was well done they told me it’s there policy to make burgers well done unless someone asks other wise I understand it’s a bob evans but if I have to pay 9 $ for a burger I would at least like it to be what I ordered

First time ordering carryout at the location. Had a $ 100+ order on a Sunday morning.
They shorted us on the meat, gave us double the mashed potatoes, and did not include any plates or utensils.
Not the standard of service I expected after decades with Bob’s.

Never eaten at this chain, was stuck in the Area for a few hrs, The food was good and the service was great. The girl that waited on me was awesome. I forgot her name but she had dark hair and was pretty. Kinda artsy and goes to college. But made my stay very enjoyable.

The service here is not good. We live close by this place and keep trying to give it another chance but it doesn’t get better. I really think the trouble is in the kitchen. The servers can’t serve what the cooks don’t fix. Unless you have lots of time to waste… drive on.

Breakfast was good, but our server was not.
This past Saturday morning I took the family out for breakfast. To our surprise there was no wait, but maybe we missed the rush since we arrived around 10:30 am. I had the country fried steak breakfast which was consistent with other Bob Evans. The breading held up under the gravy, the meat wasn’t dried out, eggs were fine, and the hash browns were nice and crispy. Everyone else seemed pleased as well.
Our server was a nice young lady, but my coffee sat empty for a while. I asked for ketchup since the bottle at our table was empty and it never arrived. I also waited around to be offered a «to go» container since my youngest barely touched his food. I ended up just leaving it behind.

Stopped on a Monday morning, good service, food was fast and hot. Sausage wasn’t as good as I remembered in the past.
