Used Walgreens for the fast and fine service for printing pictures. First time using this store for printing my pictures. Ordered my print online and went into the store to pick up my order. When I got there, a good 15 minutes after my designated pick up time, I was told there was no order under my name. I showed my confirmation email showing my order and the additional email saying my picture is being processed. Once the manager came to address the problem she simply told me to resubmit my order and to wait. No apology or collaboration to resolve the problem. Will not be using this Walgreens for future printing services.
