I would give negative stars if I could. I went in with my 65 year old mother to help her upgrade her phone. While there, the guy looked at my account. He said I could upgrade, and sign up for a program where I could trade my phone in every year, like renting or a lease. Well, turns out I was lied to hardcore. I wanted to upgrade my phone, it’d been over that year. Turns out, I have to wait two years to pay a balance on the phone of $ 108. That’s not what I was told at all. I am upset. Verizon won’t do anything to make the situation right either. Verizon now has customer of over 15 years researching on how to get out of my contract.

This place is great! I was visiting from San Diego and needed some assistance with my Verizon account/phone. My best friend uses this store so she took me there. What a breeze it was! After many online and phone conversations with Verizon, without ANY satisfaction, I spent one hour with Nickolous and ALL my questions and concerns were answered. He listened to me and guided me WITHOUT trying to upsale/upgrade my service. I left South Bend totally satisfied with my Verizon service. I recommend this place for any VERIZON needs. They are the best.

This is the first time I have not gone to a stand alone Verizon Wireless store to buy a phone, get an upgrade or any other cellular issues. I couldn’t have been more pleased! I went on a Sunday after Mass. Nicole took all the time I needed in helping me upgrade to the 5c – answering my endless stream of stupid questions plus finding me the best plan for my dollars and needs. THEN I figured out THREE weeks later I had left my brand new super fabulous winter coat there. They held it for me! Also, when I was there that sunday, a guy was off the clock having just stopped in to pick up something(he brought his kid it was so cute) yet he took the time to help another customer. When does THAT ever happen?
