SLOW… SLOW…SLOW…SLOWSERVICE!!! Takes for ever every time we come here. Not sure why they can’t get their act together???

They have the worst service ever. Always have to wait an entirely long time for food. Definitely shouldn’t be considered fast food.

I had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell… The service was extremely slow and I should have known I was in trouble when two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru pulled away. I ordered a Loaded Potato Burrito, a 5-Layer Burrito and tried to order a Mountain Dew Baja Blast frozen drink. The girl who took my order said they didn’t have medium cups and proceeded to place a large Mountain Dew on my order. Since she wasn’t understanding what I wanted, I accepted what was on my screen and pulled forward. After several minutes, the two cars directly ahead of me in line pulled out and drove away. Once I finally got up to the window, I told the girl that the two cars ahead of me pulled away. She asked me what I had ordered and I gave her my order a second time. She then handed me a large Mountain Dew. I was able to drink almost the entire thing before I was finally handed my order. I drove away(about a block) and realized that I had been handed the wrong order. I should have checked before I pulled away. I went back through the drive-thru and requested my money back. The girl brought back a slobbingly-dressed manager who never spoke to me and did not offer an apology. After five minutes, I finally got my money back. I tried to hand the order back to the girl, who refused to take the bag back, saying that it was against their policy to dispose of it for me. All told, the entire ordeal took approximately 30 minutes from the time I initially placed my order until the time I left for the second time. I was completely disgusted.

This would be a great location to open a fast food restaurant. As the last two times I have came here the wait was been out of this world. This time it was 35 minutes and the last time I lost track after 40 minutes. My food has not had the right amount of stuff in it. Just plain ridiculous! You want fast food you better pick a different place.

I have eaten at numerous taco bells but every time I come here it has always been a fustersting amount of time to wait for food in the drive thru. Although, I never had compliments over the food. Many times we have left from the drive thru just because of the wait.

Went to this taco bell. Ordered an order I have gotten 1000 times and when I got it it was wrong. I told them this and they proceeded to tell me that it was correct. They kept calling me out of my seat and over to their counter. Very rude and unprofessional. Beware.

Slowest service ever! Waited 10 minutes and still don’t have food! Moving at the pace of a snail in the back. Unbelievable when you have 6 parties who have paid and are standing around waiting for their food! Grrrr!

I have eaten at many, many Taco Bells over the years, all over the country. And I have to say, my recent stop at this location while visiting South Bend was the best experience I have ever had. The service at the drive-thru was spot-on, with the employee clearly restating our order. Our food was ready by the time we got to the window, with no wait at all. Everything that was supposed to be hot was hot, everything that was supposed to be cool was cool. As we were eating our dinner, we both agreed that it was the best Taco Bell meal we had ever had.
