The sales people were extraordinarily helpful, and were NOT rude. I found them to be realistic and down-to-earth. They honored the coupon given by the repairman contracted to attempt a fix on my equipment, and really bent over backwards for the sale. I do, however, have a problem with Sears corporate, and find it unfortunate that these nice people work for a questionable company. But I didn’t go for the personal attention or to be pampered… the bottom line is the quality of the equipment.

I’d give them ½ a star. Called looking for a part and the sales girl in phone was so rude. This is the third time I called them looking for something and sales person on phone was unprofessional! I give up on calling them for anything again. Don’t bother with this Sears.
