Food was great but service, not so much. I find it hard to believe that a place that is known for their sandwiches has their grill turned off around an hour before they close. I asked for a warm sandwich and they told me they could make it cold or I could order something else. Very politely I might add. 65/100% satisfied. I then waited for my food near the pick up station where two employees were having a very loud conversation about their new years resolution. Good for them wanting to get in shape, make school your top priority, etc. Then it became a curse fest about how this s**t doesn’t something and f**cking something else. It went on for far to long. I’m no angel, I just prefer not to hear employees cursing amongst themselves, while I wait for my soup. 35⁄100 satisfaction. Looking elsewhere next time I’m hungry.

Ordered Roasted Turkey Apple Cheddar sandwich to go. Nothing else. Paid $ 9.94. Waited for 15 minutes. One of the ladies who packed my bag asked if she could offer me a free piece of baguette for my wait. I said sure. Got back and opened my bag to discover that I was given only a half of the sandwich I paid for… I guess the lucky customer who got my sandwich will be giving them a positive review.

There is a Panara close to my house so I go there a lot. I do wish their food quality was a bit more consistent; however any problem I have had is alway handled quickly. I really like the new clean menu items.

I love Panera food! The Mediterranean chicken and quinoa salad is ridiculously healthy and ridiculously good! This Panera location does not suffer on quality of food. The location is surrounded by some great shopping, coffee and other restaurants. The only downside is that the atmosphere is not a good as other locations I have visited for studying/working. It is very open with fewer booths and more open tables. But other than that, you can’t go wrong!

Panera oh, Panera let me count the ways you’re starting to suck. What originally spawned my affection for you was your fresh taste at a moderate price. You were that escape from flat top traps and drive-thru shenanigans… But then you changed Panera. You changed. 1. Your employees stopped giving a damn. Without fail my sandwiches are manhandled. I don’t know if the teenage employees have anger issues or just suck at wrapping sandwiches. Or both. 2. I didn’t know you guys were in business with Campbell’s Soup company, or if it just tastes like it. Seriously. The soup shouldn’t even be cooked. Just can it and give people a bowl, open a self serve microwave line and let them have at it. Cause there’s no difference. 3. Your guys pricing tactics are ludicrous! So if I opt out of leaf lettuce I save two bucks? Hm. When did browning leaves of lettuce cost $ 2. Or is this just inflation? 4. Your desserts, so hard and stale. Or just arrived that morning– freshly frozen. I mean I shouldn’t have to microwave my brownie to enjoy it. But hey, I’ve already suggested the microwave idea. 5. You leave pick-up orders on a book shelf… that have already been paid for. That’s all that needs to be said. I mean you alphabetized it, so all is forgiven. Not. 6. Your roast beef and«steak» appear to be identical. But the prices aren’t. 7. You sold out. In the grand scheme of things that’s all needs to be said. You compromised your freshness for efficiency and speed. You used to be like my little café I would go to, to feel bourgeoisie and classy like. Now youre that place I won’t go to until you get some promo codes or mailed coupons. Panera. Youre just another cookie cutter franchised high school cafeteria. And girlfriend your cookies are rock hard. So when it gets to be below zero, and I need a hot bowl of canned soup and day old bread I’ll stop buy, you’ll leave my food on the same spot on the bookcase right? –dev

Cash register was not accepting credit cards… Tables not cleared or cleaned… Prices go up all the time… Food, although tasty, is not worth the prices they charge… Will not be coming back anytime soon!

Unusually good chicken soup. Interesting sandwiches but not quite as tall as the prices. Very busy at lunch but line moves quickly. It was unpleasantly loud inside however with all the yakking. Nearly all women customers when we visited. coincidence?

The Two times I’ve eaten here it hasn’t been very good. It’s very clean and the staff is good. Just not a fan of over priced sandwiches.
