Customer service is terrible. I was ready to spend money on furnitures but they keep on ignoring my queries and implying like I can’t afford their «high end» stuff.
Serves them well that they’re going out of business. I have seen and owned way better furnitures as well as negotiated with way more professional sales people.
Don’t attract customers with your clearance sale signs if you’re not equipped to entertain buyers. What a waste of my time.

I just received a furniture delivery from Graffis. I was advised that I could trust the team to come in the house while I was working. That was undoubtedly true. Not only were they respectful of my home in my absence, but they also went above and beyond the call of duty. They styled the room with my existing accessories and they re-​hooked up my TV and cable box correctly. I didn’t expect them to do that, but it was so nice to come home and see not only my new furniture, but the room beautifully arranged.
This store sells quality American brands at fair prices, and the customer service is outstanding.
