Not FedEx Office’s best location. I was only here once, but it did not meet my expectations (and I’m a frequent user). I had to wait a long time at the «Print» counter because only one person was behind it, even though they had about 100 associates milling around the store.
And instead of printing my job, they said they were too busy and pointed me to a new, self-​serve kiosk. This is not what I came in for, nor what I paid for. The result was sub-​par, as the self-​serve deal did not let me collate or auto-​staple my business job.
The whole thing still cost hundreds of dollars, and I ended up doing most of the work myself. FedEx, this is NOT why I come into one of your stores while I’m on the road. I can self-​print at my hotel.
