Drive and Shine Car Wash, Oil Change and Auto Detailing

When working correctly this is a good car wash, would be 4 – 5. Don’t go on Saturdays when they’re busy the price isn’t with it. They won’t spray running boards and they turn off the upper foam sprays so you’re only getting the sides sprayed upon entering. I asked about the spray foam upon entering, the guy said don’t worry about it. I’m a monthly gold purchaser, but very disappointed in the wash on the weekends. Anyone paying full price, I would go elsewhere. I don’t care if a person has to wait to get my truck sprayed, money is money, maybe the people can work instead of waving you thru. The grape road is better for the simple fact that all the spray foams worked the last time I went thru, I’ll update that one if it isn’t working correctly!

I paid $ 18 for the Diamond wash which includes tire dressing. When I checked my car I only had tire dressing on about ¼ of my tire.

I paid $ 30 for a car wash and mini detail, which the guy told me included my car vacuumed, windows inside cleaned and my dash and on top of my steering wheel wiped dwn with my wash. Time my car was ready and I drove away, I had to pull over up the road and wipe off my steering wheel and dash! Very disappointed! For that price and 3 – 4 guys detailing my car at the same time I figured it’d be better than I could of done in 15mins! Got me once and never again, lesson learned!

We payed $ 140 total between a wash and inside detailing. They didn’t even vacuum under our seats. At all. Not impressed and I feel like we just gave away $ 140 for a $ 16 car wash. Won’t be going back here again.

Every time I’ve been through the wash there is still dirt left on my car or wheels. And thats with buying their high and Ruby wash. Which by the way left my car feeling like it it had no wax on it whatsoever. The other day I paid for in interior vacuuming and windows which was $ 8. The seats still have crumbs on it they charge me two more dollars to spray off my floor mats. And that’s $ 2 each. I wanted a hand wax applied and I ask them about the dirt that was still left on the car after going through the wash as I didn’t want it blended into the wax and scratching the paint. There were still smudges on the windows, the mirrors were still dirty. I just don’t think they really care when they do things. After coming out of the washer was still snow and ice on the front of the car. I asked them but we watching it and they said they would not rewash it because of ice. yet under the ice with dirt

The car wash is pretty great. Good deal with the unlimited washes per month. The packages can get a little expensive, but it seems like you get what you pay for.
Only suggestion is to have an attendant at the end of the wash to help dry the car. Often there is leftover water in the mirrors and it can leak. I would tip for this.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with a dishonest employee more reminiscent of a used car salesman than I would have hoped. I was told I was getting one service and that turned out not to be the case despite the cost. They typically do an average job on cleaning inside the car, but I will not support a business with shady practices.

We have been going there for a long time and are sick and tired of their shady ways! They constantly tell you that you need a new whatever and overcharge! The «manager» of the lube center is a shady little weasel! He told me my coolant was near empty, and he could refill if for 5 bucks. I said, ok. He was literally over the refill area for 2 seconds. Sorry, I am not an idiot! Then we just noticed our vehicle is leaking oil. We took it there, and the same little weasel tried to tell me we messed with the oil plug… or somebody did. No body has touch our vehicle but them! We won’t ever return there again, not even for a car wash! They suck and are very shady. You can’t believe a word that comes out of there mouth!

Always great service for my oil change. The guys are polite, top off my fluids, check tire pressure, and make sure my lights are all working. Free car wash included with an oil change.
