Buffalo Wild Wings

This is the worse of the 2 BWs in the area. Just not as attentive a staff, the specials seem to be pricier, and a bit rougher around the edges that the other one. Not bad, but it is what it is. Too pricy for what you get.

My wife and I came here on a Saturday night and the restaurant and bar were packed. We noticed right away that the place was filthy. There was paper trash like napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor everywhere. There was pieces of food and other trash all over the floor in the dining area as well. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day.
On to the service… it was terrible! Our server Skylar had no idea what beverages were still in stock as some had run out. We next ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa which never came. Our entrees arrived and no appetizer. We had to ask where it was and our server said it was his fault yet we still got charged.
The only positive to this restaurant was the food we were served. It was what you would expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. Decent bar food served in a reasonable amount of time. However the food wasn’t good enough to save this place as we would never come back to this restaurant.

Food is good and the service is good. But this review is for the bar only. What I really don’t like is the bar is really noisy and the projection tv’s need updating. Some big screen LED’s should be installed with better sound. With high ceilings it sounds like you are in a tunnel. Annoying.

Somewhat busy on a Saturday night the atmosphere was pleasant. Arriving I could see two empty dirty tables that I could’ve cleaned myself since I was waiting in line for who knows how long (like wtf. Where are the waitresses ?) got seated, but to a dirty table that had to be cleaned and then waited 15 minutes for someone to attend us. We didn’t get beverages till the waiter was done talking to a customer to which it looked like they knew each other because he clearly attended them way more than he did us and he was laughing with them while we were waiting on our refills. We ordered our food and we needed refills (where’s our waiter) talking to the customer he clearly knew. We had to get someone else to let our waiter know twice that we needed refills. The waiter only came to check on us twice. As a waitress your customers come first (that’s if you want a nice tip and for them to come back) because honestly my friends and I are NEVER COMING back !! The bathrooms are dirty and the service is terrible I recommend going to the one in Mishawaka Indiana !!

I’m from California and was there Wednesday night for our going away dinner before leaving Thursday morning. At first we were all extremely weary about going to this location because of the negative reviews but let me tell you, I have never been to a better BWWs. Out here BWWS are usually packed, service is rushed, and it’s mediocre. This location has been the best one I have ever been to. Our food came out promptly, our server Chelsea took extremely good care of us, making sure we got everything we needed and more. At one point I asked if there were any local beers on tap and she gave our table small samples of some of the beer we could find out there and even took time to tell my friends how to go to these breweries! All in all I was extremely impressed with this location and whenever I fly back up to Indiana I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Chelsea.

I recently moved to Indiana from California, and have been to plenty of BWW’s. Let me tell you guys that this BWWs has been THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at BWWs. Chelsea (our server) was very welcoming and friendly. She filled us in on a lot of information about Indiana and provided us with great service. This was only my second day in Indiana, but I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Worst service ever! The whole table didn’t get to eat together! All food came up different times! Never received drink refills even when asked for them! Waitress never checked on is! Waited 30 min for our bill!

The bartender was great. He went out of his way to make sure we could see the game we were interested in. The food was really good and the drinks were amazing

Meh… it’s gone downhill. I don’t know why wait staff eats when customers are eating, in plain site with their friends, boyfriend or whatever. Loose rules, lacking service.

I normally come to this Buffalo Wild Wings daily and the service is never as bad as it was this evening. The sever (Alicia B) clearly did not want to be here and it made my experience very unpleasant. She did not smile one time. She did not check back on us after our appetizers arrived to see how things are so she didn’t realize our sauces didn’t arrive with our food, and when she does bring them, our food is almost gone. After all that, our entrees come out (or so I thought) it is only half of what we ordered. Ended up waiting another 17min before the other have came out. I have to talk to two different people just to find my server and let her know things are missing. They are not to busy and it’s still taking 20min for a refill on soda! Even through all of this, the food we really good as usual and the manager (Jessie) was very accommodating and comped our appetizers. I’m not against paying for my food, I just wish the service was better !

Ordered wings and a burger. Burger was good but both my father’s and my wings were overcooked to the point they weren’t edible.
Management was rude when paying for food even as I was buying sauce. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Love the atmosphere better here than the grape road one. Food is more fresh AND fast, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I will drive farther just to go to that location!

Good food, typically good service. Lots of TVs both in the bar and the family dining area.
