A Emergency Lock-Out Service

The girlfriend locked her keys in the car with it running. He advised there were two people in front of us if we could wait a half hour he would charge us thirty five dollars. It sounded like a great deal. He gave the phone to a lady who spoke broken English to get the address, make, and model. After waiting for an hour we called back to confirm the address. They had written down the wrong address. He said it would be about a half hour before he could get to us. We politely told him we had already waited an hour to which he replied «I am giving you a discount.» and he hung up. Called back and told him we found someone else.
I feel he was very unprofessional. He had the wrong address and didn’t even take a phone number to get a hold of me if he had any questions. The price was right but the service was sub par!
