There is something wrong with this place.
I stopped for TCBY on my way back from the Jersey shore yesterday. I don’t know what is going on with this location, but something isn’t right. I ordered a medium white chocolate mousse in a cup with rainbow sprinkles. First, the rainbow sprinkles were hard and crunchy — not the way I’ve ever in my 29 years of eating ice cream have had them. I have to assume they were incredibly stale. Then the yogurt wasn’t creamy like TCBY, it was almost icy and before I could even finish paying had watery puddles in it. My best guess is that someone is trying to make the supply last longer and is adding water (or something else) to the mix before adding it to the machine. Then, the worst part, is after eating about ¼ of it my mouth started to burn. Literally the entire back of my mouth and top of my throat was in serious pain. I didn’t think I was going to make it home, it was so bad. Needless to say I threw out the rest of the ice cream. I will NEVER stop at this location ever again.
Corporate — please send someone out to check this location. Something fishy is going on, and it isn’t good for your brand or the health of your customers.
