Pro: They fixed the issue with my Water Heater. Technician was courteous and appeared knowledgeable.
Con: Price was not transparent. They told me the part was under warranty and I’ll pay just for labor. They gave me a «Flat Rate», but the technician could not tell me how the price was developed. He said he did not know cost per hour, just told me that the owner gave the price. and there was no way to find out where the price came from.

I discovered a problem with a pipe in my basement Sunday morning and E-​mailed Burlew Mechanical that day. I received a reply and by Monday Brian came to my home, gave me an estimate and had the job completed on Tuesday. It was not a dire emegency but not simple job by any means yet sent over a worker who completed it in a matter of hours and allowed me to resume normal daily activities by late afternoon. I am more than pleased and would recommend them highly.
