Broad Street Pizzeria & Grille

I work two jobs, come home and take care of my infant daughter. Most days I don’t get a moment to stop and eat. Having worked in food service, I try not to call a place too close to closing but sometimes I get home late, starving and tired.
Tonight was one of those nights, but I figured we had 45 minutes before closing time (as I’ve called late before and they’ve always been accommodating) so we called to place an order. We were told that they weren’t taking orders because they were closing. (We pointed out that everything says they are currently open now and it’s never been a problem and were told ‘oh yeah well were closing now’ before being hung up on).
Look, I’ll state this again, I don’t like being that person who holds people up from going home because I totally get it, but in my multiple experiences in food service I was always required to take customers until closing time. Or at least have some decency to provide some better customer service that doesn’t include being hung up on.
A polite excuse could have sufficed.

Well the fries are nasty. They taste like old fries in old oil. Nasty.
The pizza is good when they deliever it hot.
They do mess up orders a lot and take a long time to deliever.
Ps. The cheese steaks came and were soggy yuck

Really like the food from here. Good service and fast delivery. Wings are pretty good I would recommend the hot and honey wings!

Just gave this place a shot because I couldn’t find our menu for Lisa’s in Telford which is our usual pizza spot. Very impressed and I think I’m going to be going here for my new pizza place. Got one large half pepperoni/​half mushroom pie and it was very tasty. I also had the wings which were so-​so hence the four stars. I asked for them to be well done/​crispy which is mandatory in my opinion and they were not. Their menu though is quite extensive, so theres plenty of choices to try. The interior looked nice when I walked in for pick up so dining in is also an option. Worth the trip.

There are many pizza places in Souderton, but I can honestly say this is one of my two favorites. We get food here 2 – 3 times a month, I love it. I love their pizza, it has such great flavor! I also like their cheesesteaks, Super fly fries, and Stromboli’s.

use to be SO good, lately its been going downhill. Orders are always wrong. We have been going to Lisa’s pizza lately because we have been so dissapointed with our orders. Last time we ordered the lady was really rude. New ownership maybe? New hires??? Idk, but its a shane because their pizza is GREAT.

Their pizza is awesome and they have really good cheese steaks. The food is always ready when they tell us and it’s fresh and hot. We’re glad we found this place. No problem with parking either which isn’t the case with the other nearby pizza places like Lucas and Lisa’s.
What happened? This was always great food. We went here recently and the pizza changed. It def wasn’t nearly as good as it always was. Can not recommend this anymore.

Food is good but expensive. Only done take out so not sure how the service is. Pizza was ok. Probably won’t go back though

Food is good. The waitress was very nice. We get food for order out and it is delicious and they have great weekly deals.
