Although our initial impression of this service facility was positive, in time there were a number of disconcerting issues, including a serious misdiagnosis and a failure to provide or even inform us of a rebate form for a costly accessory we had purchased from them. We shifted our business over to Videon Jeep, which has been not just superior to Bergey’s but excellent by any measure. Bottom line, Jeep dealerships tend to lag in quality behind those of most non-Chrysler manufacturers. In this land of the blind Bergey’s service comes off as reasonable, but with a $ 40k vehicle I expect more than hit-and-miss. Videon provides this, Bergey’s doesn’t.
