So far I have only experienced the Salon here. Classy, Quiet and Peaceful place to go. Great parking, Convenient location. All of the stylists seem professional. This is my new place to get my hair cut. Meghann is did a great job on my hair!

I started going here last month not for the salon, but for the great gym they have. My mom and I got the mother-​daughter package, after looking around for a new place to workout since moving to Sonora in March, and I’ve been trying to make it here at least three times a week for the last 5 or so weeks, and I’ve loved every minute of it!
First off, it’s a women’s only gym. That alone would be enough for me, because it’s just a much nicer environment to work out in. I wasn’t expecting much, but when my mom and I came in for our first tour I knew this was the place to go and work out! It’s so clean, and really nice and spacious. The staff are exceptionally friendly and well-​informed. They’ve got a lot of nice equipment — all the standard gym fare, ellipticals, smith machine, treadmills — as well as a corner with medicine balls, swiss balls, (clean!) yoga mats, hydraulic machines and weighted workout bars.
They also have personal training sessions. I have not personally had one of these, but I kept my eye on one during my own workout and it was really well done. The woman was very professional and nice, and was obviously very good at tailoring the workout to match the strengths and weaknesses of the two women she was training. It was no pressure, and very low key which I am a big fan of when it comes to personal training.
Also, their salon, spa and nail services look exceptionally top notch! My mother got her hair cut by Meghan a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience and plans on returning, and I’m planning on getting a haircut soon (and possibly pampering myself with a pedicure!). The whole place is really wonderful, and I cannot recommend it enough!
PS: I put ‘not sure’ under the ‘good for kids’ section, because you clearly would not want a small kid in the gym area, but I’ve seen several little girls get some great mani-​pedis done!
PPS: This place has «vacation» rates, so you can buy three months or so worth of gym membership if you’re coming up from the Bay Area for the summer. Very good stuff!

I had a great facial from Tammy the other day! It was awesome! The place is pretty neat on the inside, very nicely decorated and clean. The front desk staff was super friendly when I came in, I’ll be back for sure!
