Versaggi construction did my major and complex remodel, and a less extensive followup second job, and I can’t be complimentary enough about the experiences. Sal and his crews deliver absolutely top quality, with excellent advice (like on tradeoffs of cost versus benefits) along the way. Sal’s job supervisors are solid, experienced, and extremely capable, and his crews and sub-​contractors know how to get the job done right. Top recommendations from this very happy customer.

Sal and his entire team exceeded our expectations in our large, full-​floor remodel. Not only were the costs and time made transparent to us throughout the project but the quality was top notch and the work completed on time. We had a very tight budget and the final costs from Sal cam in just under his original estimate. We could not have asked for more.
We are a family of four who lived in the house while it was under construction and the great crew were very professional and conscientious. We had several design changes and unforeseen rot not found until we opened up a wall. Sal and his team came up with quick and solid solutions, keeping our tight budget in mind.

Sal Versaggi overcharges and under delivers. He likes to work on time and materials basis, and things can get completely out of control. He rarely checked on his men, and there was a great deal of miscommunication between him and his crew, so things had to be redone at our expense. The job took twice as long and cost twice as much as he told us it would, and there were no change orders. As long as he agrees with his customer things go well, but as soon as we disagreed with him, he became unreasonable.
