I hate for my first review ever on Unilocal to be this one but to say my shopping & customer service experience at this place was incredibly poor is a HUGE understatement! I left the store excited with a brand new spinner II, kanger sub tank mini & a battery charger. After charging the device for 2 – 3 hours I proceeded to use it for the very first time but found it was defective. When I brought the device back the following day the same employee who sold it to me the day before told me that all sales were final. I told him that I was aware of the policy but that the product I received never worked in the first place. He told me that the battery was fried, that it comes with a full charge and I must have overcharged it. First of all, the device did not come with a full charge because when I plugged it in when I got home the indicator light was red. So it therefore couldn’t have been overcharged(unless the indicator light was defective). Second of all I tried using the device mid charge with no results. Then after completing the charge I removed the device and again found it defective. After explaining all of this to the employee he told me that there was nothing he could do for me. I reiterated that this product never even worked when I left the store. He not only refused to swap the defect with a working device or be understanding at all but refused to provide any contact information for a manager or owner of the company when I asked for it. He treated the whole situation like he didn’t care at all. Basically, sucks for you leave… I asked when I could reach the manager in the store and he said he had no clue. I finally asked if he was the owner himself for good measure and he said that«if he were the owner he’d tell me to get the fuck out.» This is after being fairly diplomatic with him the whole time. I was absolutely shocked! I left the store perplexed with nothing else to say. Went back two days later to find out from a different employee that the two products do not work together and thats why I was having issues. So not only did this kid sell me two things that dont work together to begin with, he didn’t even realize it a second time when I brought it back either! On top of that he swore at me and said it was my fault… What a winner! At least the guy who I finally got through to had some product knowledge and exhanged my original purchase. I will never give this shop any more business and I would not ever reccomend it to anyone else either. A little suggestion to management: First of all, hire some decent employees who know at least the minimum about customer service, and respect in general… If you are going to make all sales final your policy, perhaps you should train your employees to make sure the stores products are working with the customers before they leave.
