RugWorks did wonders for my house. A very knowledgeable woman helped me find the carpet and kitchen/​bathroom flooring that affordable turned my house around. I was shown all kinds of alternatives and given great advice on how they handle pet soiled areas.
I love my new look and the references they provided when a plumbing issue was uncovered. Everyone compliments the new look, and visiting pets don’t even sniff out any remnants of my dear, departed kitty.

I recently had Rugworks install engineered wood in the master bedroom, upper hall and on the stairs in my home. All I can say is Wow! Professionalism, expertise and great customer service was delivered from day one through the end of the project — which was completed on time. Tracy did an excellent job at estimating the absolutely correct amount of wood needed (almost nothing left over). She worked with me on the price and services delivered providing excellent service with a great customer oriented approach. The wood I chose had a lot of character, so care had to be taken in choosing which piece to use each time to ensure a harmonious pattern was created. Alex, the professional installer, did an excellent job — really taking his time with the details and achieving a beautiful end result. Bottom line — Rugworks is THE PLACE to go for flooring in the Sonome area.
