While house sitting for my parents in Sonoma, I noticed a large stain on the carpet of our guest bed room. Our cleaning lady had spilled a large amount of cleaning solution and failed to mention it to anyone, leaving a strong chemical odor and a big ugly spot about 1 foot by 1 foot. I called my mom, who had used Andy and imperial in the past to clean the carpets, and even though they were extremely busy they were able to squeeze us in the same day.
Great service, fair price, super quality work. These are the guys to go to in the Sonoma area if you have something similar happen. A+

Simply put — you do not want to ever use anyone else for your carpets. These guys are pros — the nicest of nicest of guys and they do a fabulous job. We had a couple of stubborn spots and they did not give up until they were gone.
