I have been to this place numerous times for both the laundry drop off service and to use the machines on my own. Everything has always been clean, and there is an ATM/​bill breaker/​card machine that make things easy to use. The drop off service has always been quick and ready when I need it to be — they fold everything very neatly and put your clothes into clean/​clear plastic bags to take home and for next day pick up it is 99 cents a pound. They were super nice and even helped me carry my bags to my car when I had a lot of laundry to pick back up.
Note: cash only for drop off service — pay at the time of drop off

Washers also are program friendly and offer cycles with pre-​wash and permanent press options! (Awesome!)
Plenty of dryers.
Positives: Friendly staff, spacious, clean, independent male and female restrooms, vending machines, dry cleaning service and… A huge 75lb washer I just named «The big Mama»!
Also, machines are run using a laundry debit card NOT coins. Purchase your card for $ 1 and load it with cash. Use that card to run the machine and load more money if needed.
Lastly, overall just a calm place to do laundry. The lady supervising is not on top or you but rather offers her assistance with anything. (Like helping my stuck Milky Way come out of the machine!)
What a breath of fresh air from that nightmare laundry mat I just left from. Sitting here chilling waiting for my clothes!

I send a load of clothes to be washed and even gave them detergent to use in my clothes and i got my clothes back today and they smell like MILDEW! Smells like someone left my wet clothes in a washer for hours and barely dried them. I will never go here again.

Clean place with big enough machines to handle the couch covers and then some. Helpful non-​rude staff. Only caveat is don’t bring your quarters! They don’t take em. They make you buy a card for a dollar and then put money on it. One star off for that b/​c it’s impossible to gauge how much Ill need to get everything washed and dried so I will either have to go back to the machine several times to recharge my card or risk putting too much on the card and wasting that money. I won’t be back often enough (once a year?) to spend the energy keeping track of this card.

Yeah that’s right… a 5 Star laundromat! The reviews prior say it all; clean, working equipment and very helpful staff. I’ll add that even on a hot summer day it is cool inside with plenty of ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Huge plus that I could watch two World Cup games on flat screens mounted throughout the faculty.

Great neighborhood laundromat that never seems to be overcrowded. Always enough machines and always enough dryers. Always clean when I come and staff is always walking around making sure things are in order.
Updated system, machines take cards instead of quarters. They also have a bill breaking machine so you can put just the amount you want on your card.
Overall it’s my go to laundromat in Somerville.

Clean Laundromat, with plenty of machines (never a wait)! The staff is friendly, and always willing to help when needed. I would definitely recommend this Laundromat.
