Office Furniture Liquidators

Bought a used Aeron chair from these guys a few weeks ago. I had initially visited their store a month or so back, sat in a few chairs, and was shown some desks in their warehouse by Steve, the President.
I ended up buying my chair when Steve’s nephew was working, zero pressure from him; let me sit in the Aeron for half an hour to make sure I was happy with it. He also helped me carry the chair outside and into my van.

I walked into the showroom and looked around for 15 minutes and never ran into another soul. Since no one spoke to me, I can only base this review in the showroom content and sticker prices. Nothing I saw would be good for students. Everything was super expensive and looked like it belonged in a corporate office or cubicle.

Came in looking for an office chair for under $ 100, expected to find something run-​of-​the-​mill, but ended up leaving with a higher-​end leather chair (owner said it was originally around $ 180) for $ 50. Had a $ 75 tag. One of the best deals I’ve gotten in a while.

I was recently looking for some hard-​to-​find cubicle parts and these guys had some available. They were super nice and very accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars.

Great place to find quality used office furniture. I’ve used them a few times for our 6-​person office, and happy overall.
Office furniture can be very expensive. Their inventory is generally high quality and a great discount over new furniture prices.
They aren’t great about providing quotes by fax/​phone. I always head over there to see what they have, and get a quote in person before leaving.

Service with a smile, and knowledgeable, and hospitable — old-​fashioned, small-​town service in the big city. I needed a chair for my home office. Not something cheap, something of good quality, comfortable — a place for me to sit while I make money. My partner, Marta, went to see David Lord of the family that owns this business. Long and short … they found a great chair. They let Marta bring it home for me to try without so much as getting her name or phone number, much less a deposit or any credit card info. The chair turned out to be just what I wanted — $ 150 for a good top-​quality managers’ chair used — and I was glad to call them and give them my credit card info. Don’t know if I’ll have cause to go back soon. So I hope that you, dear Unilocal reader, go there for your office needs.

I called called this place like 3 times because I needed someone to come and build 2 work stations at my place of business.
The person that I spoke to told me to fax over the measurements of what I wanted and the guy that handles it would call me to give me a quote.
Well, the call never came. I called twice more and then gave up.
Jerks. Wastin my time.

I’ve been looking for a bigger and better filing cabinet for home, and decided to try Office Furniture Liquidators, instead of buying new from a box-​store.
Their website it very up-​to-​date with their stock, and they were very sweet on the phone. I got there, and Liz helped me find the perfect cabinet! It’s a used HON, which is a fancy brand, and the price was pretty good. She let me wander all around the store, and showed me all the various stock they had (which was more than I expected.) They also had used and new office chairs (I still have a crappy one from college) so I might go back for a chair. Why blow $$ on a brand-​new one, when you can get one in excellent condition for less?
It’s a great place, all sorts of desks, filing cabinets, chairs, etc.
