The service provided was exorbitantly over-​priced: $ 440 for ~ 1 hour of assistance. Average costs according to google for preparing returns for those earning under 50k is $ 90 to $ 130. My income last year was $ 11k. I was led to believe my cost would be ~$ 100 and then asked to pay $ 440. Zero stars since negative stars are not available.
