This place is the nastiest! I have no doubt in my mind that their food safety, handling and sanitation practice aren’t questionable. However since I skipped getting anything food wise from here, I got a cup of coffee hzl nut light n sweet! Yuk! It taste like burnt coffee and it was bitter, it’s obvious they have not cleaned the coffee urn for months, I used to work in a restaurant I know the procedures of cleaning coffee pots! I end up tossing it away. I usually get my coffee at the DD on rt22 however since I was pressed for time I made the worst mistake getting it here! Never again! When I get mine from the other DD it’s smooth and sweet as I’m used to!

The bathroom was disgusting … Beyond words … The man toilet was backed up with pee almost dripping out of it and toilet paper floating around … It smelled like piss! And what is up with that token system? Obviously it doesn’t help to keep the bathroom cleaner!

Had possibly the worst Dunkin iced coffee I’ve had all year @ this location today. Couple that with a bathroom that looks/smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in days, and you need a token for to get into to boot, and you have a recipe for a big note to self: next time I’m in Somerville on business, I will definitely seek an alternate place for my caffeine fix. To their credit, the staff was friendly – too bad the overall experience is best summed up as «yuck.»

It’s a Dunkin”, it’s the neighborhood Dunkin so you may bump into a homeless person here asking for change and a homeless person there asking for a cigarette as the weather gets nice. Or witness a transaction you really wish you hadn’t. Mostly occurring outside though. Overall you have your tables, you wifi, and anything you need from Dunkin. My only suggestion would be to stay away from the bathroom. Besides needing a token to enter it, lord knows where that token has been, it’s without the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. The bathrooms at the NY Port Authority are cleaner than these. Times I have used it the floor was wet and slippery, toilet unflushed, and shit on the wall! Yes! ONTHEWALL! Just stay out the bathroom.

Grab a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich to go or dine in with ample seating and a relaxed atmosphere, read newspapers or surf the internet on your laptop you can do it all without anyone bothering you. so long as you are a paying customer I enjoy it because I don’t have to feel stressed about having to eat and rush ** was part of a 4 star review now knocking 2 stars off and here’s why on more then four occasions I have had the displeasure of using a men’s public bathroom that looks like it wasn’t cleaned in at least 2 weeks and the owner or staff of this location does not do anything to restock the bathroom hand soap and toilet paper twice I have had to grab napkins from the napkin dispenser to use as toilet paper because both rolls are either missing or empty this is absolutely disgusting and a disgrace to public eateries I have recently taken to keeping toilet paper in a back pack and a bottle of bleach cleaner to clean the toilet seat and handles hands down pretty disgusting for a place that should hold itself high above the standards of public health and sanitation If you happen to use this location please be aware that they will force you to buy something in order to get a bathroom token to use the restroom as it is no longer free unfortunately don’t say i didn’t warn you now you have to pay to spray
