I come here every Monday morning at 5 am and they are never open on time. The hours say they open at 5. They come to unlock the door at around 5:10. Not to mention I have to repeat my order to make sure they get it right because the first time is never good. I would stop coming to this one but it’s the only location convenient on my commute to work. I guess it’s a good thing I’m moving then. Try to avoid this place. The 24 hour one in Union Square is your better bet.

Probably my favorite Dunkin’ in the area. Kind customer service, usually a fast moving line(thanks to a sharp morning manager), and parking. I’m a fan.

Why is the Dunks around the corner from my house so inefficient and sub-par? Maybe I’m biased because I’m used to hitting up the ultra efficient DD in the financial district, but there is just so much wrong w’ the Somerville DD. The staff is friendly but they are SO slow and always make mistakes. There is trash at the counter and near the trash bins that never seems to be cleaned frequently. They often mis-hear you and have to get drink orders twice, and there never seems to be a very good donut selection. So even though this place is close to my house, I always venture a little further for my coffee and breakfast treats to have a better experience.

This is it, this is the epitome of every single bad customer service experience I’ve ever had, rolled into one establishment. I avoid this place like the plague. If I want a coffee, I go to the Starbucks down the street. If i’m cheap, I go to the Dunks on Highland Ave. I refuse to go to this one. I’m done. Nobody speaks fluent English, no one, no one even speaks marginal English, not even the manager. Giving them your order is like talking to a brick wall. Not once, and I’m not exaggerating, not ONCE have they EVER gotten my order correctly. I slow it down, I enunciate. I repeat it four times«small Iced caramel latte skim milk extra shot». Sometimes I leave out the extra shot to make it easier. Doesn’t help. Once in a while I try and get a skim milk«BLUEBOTTLE! BLUUUUUEBOTTLE!» I yell(the red one is whole milk). She stands there, looking like a deer in the headlights, till I walk over and point. Don’t try and order food. Just don’t. I try for a turkey sausage egg white flatbread. I’ve received an egg and cheese flatbread, a sausage egg and cheese bagel, sausage egg and cheese muffin, never a turkey sausage egg white flatbread. I work with three girls, they all say the same thing. They refuse to go there. One WALKS up to Highland Ave to avoid it. Its. That. Bad. I can’t tell you how many times I tried. About how many times I gave into convenience and thought MAYBE this is the magic time they will get it right. It never is

Yes, it’s just-another-Dunkin-Donuts. But this one gets four stars, because they don’t have a tip-bowl for the cashiers. Rather, they have charity collection boxes for your change. This is how it Should Be.
