I just moved into a new apartment on Sept 1st (nightmare) and our carpets were super dirty. I called at least 5 different places and each place had some sort of a catch (e.g., a minimum, tip required, charge for parking if they can’t find parking in 20 min) — but Boston Green Cleaners was simply priced and importantly very reasonably priced. On the plus side, they are also green so I’m not worried about smelling fumes bad for my health.
We had Sam and Jose come to clean our place. They were timely, extremely courteous and hardworking. Even had a sense of humor, which is always appreciated. Our carpets are now completely clean — so much so that I’m forbidding shoes in the house!

Sam was great! Came promptly, removed stain, was very friendly and professional. He was also a huge hit with the kiddos– they loved watching him vacuum and suction the carpet. Very fair pricing as well.

Our carpets were filthy.
We called around for quotes, and Sam offered us the best deal, so we booked an appointment with him the same week. He came on time, worked his magic, and left us with like-​new deep-​cleaned carpets! The only (minor) complaint is that he said the carpets would be dry in about 6 hours — it’s been about 24 hours now, and some parts of the carpets are still a little damp. But so clean! Sam was so kind and hardworking… and probably the most pleasant type of stranger you can have in your home.
We’ll definitely call Boston Green Cleaners again the next time we need a carpet cleaning.
