Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Well, I avoided writing a review on a social website before I contacted the company first. I did contact Enterprise (a few times), but the email chain got so long that frustrated me. Every time that I contacted them, they told me that someone would call me, but nobody did and after each time, I was asked to provide my feedback on how they resolved my issue!
Anyways, here is the problem:
I reserved a car on 10÷15÷15 for ¹⁰⁄₁₆ from 9am to 5pm at Durham, NH. I got a call an hour before reservation that they did not have a car and I had to travel to a nearby town (Somersworth, NH) to pick up my reserved car. They also did not have a driver to give me a ride to the rental car location. I needed the car for my appointment, so I rented a zipcar and asked a friend to go with me, so I could pick up the car and they could return the zipcar. You may assume how frustrating it could be, especially when you count on the rental car for your appointment.
Unfortunately this was not the end of it. I had rented and paid for a full-​size car. However, I was given a Buick Verano and when I asked about the size of it, I was told it was full size. When I picked my family up, we noticed that the car was not even intermediate. Here is a link that shows it counts as a compact car (
