I’ve been to DAT’s Pizzeria & Sports Pub twice in the past couple years for pizza takeout. . This old school establishment houses a pizza takeout counter area and a full service pub area, which seems like it’s situated in an old train station with high pitched ceilings. There are 4 flatscreen TVs in the pub with a small bar(4 beers on tap) with seating and several tables. The menu offerings feature thin crust pizzas, calzones, subs, salads, soups, n burgers, fried appetizers, steak tips, chicken fingers, and fried seafood. Pepsi products in the cooler. The prices here seem reasonable, most individual items under $ 10, most seafood platters $ 12.99-$ 14.99. Specials are offered here during the week. On the first visit, I got cheese slices which were A-OK. On the second most recent visit, I ordered a Small 12″ Buffalo Chicken Pizza($ 8.99 plus tax), which was ready in about 15 minutes. This pizza cut in small slices was topped with chopped grilled chicken, scallions, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and bleu cheese on a thin firm slightly chewy crust(browned with screen pattern on bottom). The pizza was quite decent and spicy tasting, almost like having an actual buffalo chicken appetizer. (3.33÷5.00)
