Went in there to pick up a few things shower head lightbulbs etc the customer service was outstanding. i checked out through the garden registers. ashley assisted me. she was quick efficient and very professional. service with a smile. she even bagged my purchase … home depot needs more people like her

Okay, I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot locations.
I’ve lived all over the northeast.
I’ve needed help with building bed frames, getting fire breathing supplies, finding dremel tools, you name it, I’ve done it.
This is the FIRST STORE in ALL OF THE NORTHEAST that didn’t disregard me for being female!
NOBODY talked down to me, talked around me, made me feel stupid for not knowing technical terms… I even had an employee call out to me from more than half an aisle away when I looked a little lost to see if I needed help.
Most JOVIAL and HELPFUL staff I’ve ever seen at a Home Depot.
They’re always well-​stocked. I need a watering can in the middle of winter? I need low-​temperature rock salt during a snow storm? They always have it, or better yet, they give me tips on how to MAKE the stuff I need.
The classes here are great. The staff are sharp and resourceful. They always have what you need, or else they will order it for you ASAP.
This is THE VERY BEST HOME DEPOT in the area.

Worst Home Depot store to visit. Staff are the most incompetent you will ever deal with. I am constantly returning or exchanging items recommended to me by associates. The associates are unfriendly and unkind. Many young kids that fool around in the parking lot or in the store, would prefer to walk away than ask to help.
One lady refused to give me a military discount when all I had was my VA card that shows I am a disabled veteran. The manager helped but it was clear I knew more about the policy than anyone who worked there. I had to complain to corporate over other issues. I only returned to give them another chance, they failed !
It is far better to go to Lowes in Seekonk, it’s a few miles further but worth the extra time to be treated with respect and appreciated. I am rarely disappointed with Lowes and when there is a problem it is resolved and dosent seem to be repeated.

Wow, they must not pay these kids much to work here. They all act like they’re counting down the hours to leave. Our cashier did not say ONE word to us. Hello? Have a nice day? Nothing? Damn.

I loved home depot until recently when I went to Lowes. Lowes is much cheap than Home Depot. But, I still love Home Depot for certain stuff so I gave it three neutral stars.
