I reached out from 500 miles away with a request for flowers at my aunt’s funeral. They listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. It was really beautiful and very appropriate. Thank you so much for being able to put our thoughts into such an amazing statement.

I am only giving the 2 stars because the delivery was on time and the delivery person was friendly. Those are the only good things I can say.
I ordered 2 wedding bouquets, 2 wrist corsages and one throw away bouquet. I asked for one bouquet with white hydrangeas, a few white roses and some hypericum berries. I did get that but much smaller than the owner described to me. And it was mostly roses, where I asked for mostly hydrangeas.
The second bouquet was supposed to have green hydrangeas in place of the white. Which the owner reassured me on 2 different occasions that he would have on hand every day. He wrote down everything I asked for. What I got instead were 2 I identical bouquets. Not a single green hydrangea. Not one. I wanted my bouquet and my matron of honor’s bouquet to be different, obviously. There were identical, besides the color of ribbon used to wrap thr stems. I have tried to upload the pictures, not sure how. Will keep trying!
The other thing that really upset me were the wrist corsages for the mothers. Although they were a proper size and color, I had specifically said I did not want, or like, any carnations what so ever. The flowers on the corsages were carnations! Are you kidding me?!
I just can’t believe I paid almost $ 400 for this. I was more than willing to pay that price, which included delivery, when I believed I was going to receive what I had asked for. I wasn’t asking a lot, it was a small order, within season.
I have used this florist in the past for funeral arrangements, and birthday flowers. I will not in the future

I have been a long time customer of Pomfrets. I would never go anywhere else. Freshest flowers (last forever), most creative arrangements and best prices.
Don’t waste your money with anyone else choose the best.

My MIL just sent me an updated photo of the arrangement, delivered 10 days ago. Since then she has only had to remove 3 yellow roses, but the remainder of the arrangement appears to be holding up beautifully. In fact, I think I prefer this version to the original that was delivered. Their longevity definitely bumps Pomfret up a notch. :)
